1. Eligibility

CampusDine is designed for students and users who want to order food on campus. While we recommend that users be at least 18 years old, there are no strict age restrictions.

To use CampusDine, users must create an account with a valid email address, mobile number, and name. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2. Services Provided

CampusDine is an online food ordering platform that allows students on campus to place orders and pick up their food once it's ready, saving them time spent in long queues.

Currently, CampusDine does not offer food delivery services. Users must pick up their orders from the respective restaurants.

3. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

All orders placed through CampusDine must be paid for online using Razorpay. We do not support cash payments to ensure a smooth and secure ordering experience.

If a restaurant is unable to fulfill an order due to unavailability of an item, the restaurant has the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that the details provided during registration are accurate and up to date. Users are responsible for any activity conducted through their account.

To prevent misuse and fake orders, only online payments are allowed. Any fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

Users must pick up their food orders within the specified time to avoid inconvenience to restaurant partners.

5. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants listed on CampusDine are responsible for preparing and providing food as per the order details. They must ensure food quality and accuracy.

If a restaurant provides incorrect or low-quality food, the restaurant is solely responsible. CampusDine does not take responsibility for food quality or hygiene.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We value user privacy and collect only necessary information to enhance personalization and analytics.

All user data is encrypted using MD5 hashing and is not shared with third parties. We take necessary security measures to protect user data.

7. Limitation of Liability

CampusDine acts as a platform connecting users with restaurants. We do not prepare or sell food, and we are not responsible for any food-related issues.

We shall not be liable for delays, order fulfillment failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of changes via email.

Continued use of CampusDine after an update indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising out of the use of CampusDine will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
